Advanced Vacuum has both a principal (distributor) business unit, and our own product development unit.Advanced Vacuum represents some of the finest manufactures of vacuum- and thinfilm related equipment, including companies like Advanced Energy, Angstrom Sciences, Applied Microstructure, Edwards vacuum, Entegris, Precision Plus and P.V.R.
Advanced Vacuum also develops products and systems for the vacuum- and thinfilm industry. We offer plasma systems for RIE and PECVD applications (Vision 310, Vision 320), as well as custom designed massflow controller solutions. Advanced Vacuum is also a leading supplier of control systems for vacuum plants, including PLCs, HMIs and custom designed solutions.
