11/11/2009 We continues seeing strong order intake on our Vision RIE and PECVD systems

23/10/2009 Today we received an order of two Edwards chemical dry systems from a well known pharmaceutical manufacturer in south of Sweden

9/5/2009 Yesterday we closed a long term agreement on Entegris products to a well known customer in Norway.

8/15/2009 Advanced Vacuum AB (AV) has received an order for supply of one RIE (Vision 320) to California. The order will also include Edwards exhaust management.

6/4/2009 Advanced Vacuum AB (AV) has received an order for two RIE-320 Vision systems. The customer is an large semiconductor manufacturer in Germany.

4/22/2009 Advanced Vacuum continues seeing strong order intake. Multiple system orders have been placed with leading semiconductor manufatures and academic institutions in the first month of the second quarter, and the first quarter was equally strong.

2/11/2009 Advanced Vacuum has been awarded a contract to supply a Vision 320 Mk II RIE system to a government funded research laboratory in China.  

12/18/2008 Advanced Vacuum has been awarded a contract to supply a Vision 310 Mk II PECVD system to a government funded research laboratory in Vietnam.  
 
12/8/2008 Advanced Vacuum is awarded the contract to supply advanced chemical vacuum pump system to a world leading pharmaceutic al manufacutrer .The contract awarded includes all parts and control related to the entire vacuum plant.  
 
11/28/2008 Advanced Vacuum is awarded a contract to supply a Vision 320 Mk II RIE from BCC Biosensing Competence Centre, a joint research centre by Tampere University of Technology and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland.
