Advanced Vacuum was established in Sweden back in 1993. Initially we started out as a pure service organisation, providing service and support for vacuum- and thinfilm systems (specialised in PECVD, RIE, ECR and ICP systems). Late 1993 we formed partnerships with some of the worlds finest manufacturers of equipment used in the vacuum- and thinfilm industry, including companies like Advanced Energy, Instrument Technology Ltd.
 
The portfolio continued to grow, and in 1999 further additions to the portfolio were made when Advanced Vacuum became the exclusive distributor of Entegris and Edwards Vacuum. Our focus have always been to provide the best products, and the best service to our customers.

 

As Advanced Vacuum is a know-how company, we also offer our own developed products to the industry. Today this includes one of the most user friendly, but advanced, control systems for the vacuum industry, a new RF switching technology for plasma systems, and a state-of-the art series of new plasma systems for PECVD and RIE processing. We also recondition advanced vacuum systems and offer them worldwide with renewed warranty, and with a state-of-the-art control system (Concept II).
